We’ve always loved the quality and versatility of sherry here at El Gato Negro. It’s a key component of several of our dishes – from delicate Palourde clams to sticky baby pork ribs – and as well as serving a fine range of sherries in our restaurant, the bartenders in The Black Cat offer a superb selection of sherry-based cocktails. So with such a passion for all things sherry, we’re incredibly excited to be celebrating International Sherry Week: hosting the official launch event and a sherry masterclass on Monday 7th November; and all week we’re serving three specially created cocktails in The Black Cat, as well a special paired menu in our ground floor bar.

Part of a simultaneous nationwide launch in Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Cardiff, we’ll be showcasing three unique sherry cocktails created by our head bartender Adam Day to celebrate the delights of fine sherries!

Sherry Masterclass with Bodegas Lustau
