We’re celebrating the first anniversary of opening in Manchester this week, and what a year it’s been!

Now our paper anniversary has arrived, we’ve able to look back and see how the last twelve months have unfolded. Taken to heart by customers and peers alike – picking up local and national recognition – our first year in Manchester have been incredible.

As Chef patron Simon Shaw says

Quite simply, we’ve had a truly overwhelming year.  The level of support and recognition we’ve received has been phenomenal. It’s great to be able to take stock of our first year and look forward to an exciting twelve months to come.
