Join us at our sister restaurant Habas in Manchester for a very special event later this month; A Taste of the Sea by Simon Shaw.

Chef Patron Simon Shaw has created an exclusive menu, inspired by the finest seafood. Our suppliers – the Hispamare Family from Malaga, Spain – will be on hand to answer your questions about the produce being cooked and served on the evening.

We’ll also be joined by Miles Corish MW, the renowned Master of Wine we’ve worked with since opening. Miles has selected six wines to perfectly pair with the dishes Simon has created.

The event is on Thursday 16th November and starts at 7pm.
